What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
Outside general counsel for larger organizations. Also brought in on a project basis to assist nonprofits with legal and tax compliance, charitable solicitation registrations, governance and bylaw projects, RFP and grant response management and mergers & affiliations.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
I provide practical advice and business counseling to nonprofit organizations. I am involved in the New Jersey nonprofit community, including serving on the Legal Working Group for the Center for Nonprofits, acting as General Counsel to the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association and am a member of The New Jersey Chapter of Association of Fundraising Professionals.
