About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
Healing Your Almond creates customized training and consultation around being trauma informed. Ms. Francees also has experience assisting with healthy and productive communication within an organization as well as with community partners. For example if a work relationship has suffered conflict or simply not as productive as it could be, I could be of assistance. Healthy and productive work relationships and partnerships are critical to successful nonprofit work.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
I have over ten years of professional experience working with others. The combination of my undergraduate degree in business, a masters in clinical/mental health as well as my non profit experience allows me to have a unique understanding of organizations and how individuals work with each other. I strive to have balance between listening, validating and creating productive action steps, both are critical to move forward in a productive manner.
