About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
Project management, grant writing, storytelling, DIY video production, retreat and events planning, community engagement strategies, on boarding new staff and board members, building partnerships and alliances. I am particularly interested in assisting nonprofits who are evaluating their organizational culture, building more inclusive work places, and consciously working to dismantle white supremacy.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
I'm a people person who believes that collaboration produces stronger processes, products and partners. I love thinking about how we work smarter and better: whether brainstorming, developing strategies, creating timelines and efficiencies, introducing new tools, or taking the burden of tasks off my client's hands. I am highly adaptable, and can manage crisis situations. I keep projects on track with solid scheduling, timely communications, and a good sense of humor.
