she decided to take the leap and start her own business.
She has spent the last 5 years helping nonprofit organizations build high
performance teams.
Her business has allowed her to spend hundreds of hours using her
strengths, curiosity, and analytical skills to help nonprofit teams increase
their efficiency and effectiveness.
