About Me and My Work

What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
We commonly provide a full suite of HR and people operations support, including recruiting, leader coaching, policy review, process mapping & improvements, training & development, onboarding development, feedback systems development, compensation analysis, and culture dissemination. Sometimes we engage to fill a position and are 'on call' for emergent people issues. We have a wide range of experts who can fill in where the most critical gaps are in an organization.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
We come highly recommended by senior leaders of both non-profit and for-profit organizations. We have found a way to engage that enables a maximally flexible way to partner with leaders on emergent people issues and collaborate on larger projects to prepare the organization for further growth and optimal ability to serve their communities.
