What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
We love projects where design and planning interact with implementations and operations. There is nothing we enjoy more than seeing an idea or plan come to life and to help our clients get there. We offer services in three areas:
Strategic Planning and Design
We believe that thoughtful processes that are driven by data, research and the voice of stakeholders- particularly those directly affected-is the first step towards systemic change. In this area we provide the following services:

Policy and Advocacy
Our extensive experience in policy analysis and mission-driven advocacy has allowed us to develop unique methodologies and framework to help streamline and increase the effectiveness of policy and advocacy processes. We support entities with:
-Policy analysis and report development
-Policy agenda setting
-Advocacy plans
-Election period engagement
Implementation Support
Plans are an important first step, but without the right capacities and supports, many times plans are not properly implemented, leading to a breakdown between planning and implementation. At Causa we work with each client to develop a tailored plan of implementation and also support with the implementation.
-Strategy dissemination and management
-Executive coaching and team dynamic optimization
-Design and capacity building around critical processes
-Fractional support for operational functions such as accounting, communications, and board management.

Also, our Puerto Rico location means that we can also orchestrate and coordinate retreats and events in this tropical and inspiring location with ease.
