  • The kinds of projects that I typically partner with nonprofits on are organizational strategy around Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. I facilitate the process to outcome to incorporate social responsibility and improve community and employee engagement.
  • Why would someone choose to work with you?
  • I have extensive experience in running a statewide, nonprofit, public community foundation that raises its funds that goes out to communities most often overlooked by mainstream and conventional systems. I manage and lead groups and individuals to put our collective work forward to maximize results for the betterment of those we strive to reach.

    Throughout a career connecting different sectors and social policy disciplines, I build solutions that put community first.

    I lead Praxis, llc with a simple mission: to support companies as they continue their great efforts in Equity, Access, Diversity and Inclusion strategic initiatives. After building experience in the non-profit, public, and philanthropic sectors, I will bring unique and strategic skill set to companies through partnership-based consulting. As a champion, strategic partner, and thought leader for Equity, Inclusion, and Access by staying informed of best practices, benchmarks, implementing solutions and developing relevant approaches that are aligned with my client’s purpose, principles and values.
