About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I have extensive experience as a nonprofit CEO and Interim CEO stepping into organizations and working with them to prioritize areas where the organization can grow, find efficiencies and better utilize technology. As a newly certified professional coach, I also work with leaders and emerging leaders to help them unleash their potential in all areas of their life.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
My extensive experience in nonprofit staff and executive leadership roles as well as on boards of directors enables me to work effective with leaders across the organization to help them build bridges, increase understanding, challenge one another with respect in the interest of furthering the mission. As a coach, my core belief is that the wisdom and truth is within the client and my role is to partner with them to release limiting believe, shift perspective and open their mind and hearts to a broad range of possibilities for themselves and their organizations.
