About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I work primarily with small and mid-size nonprofits and social impact leaders to help them break through barriers to reach the next level.
I specialize in strategic plans to unlock big new ideas and align internal structures and resources to long-term, inspirational outcomes. Funders invest more deeply when programs are clearly defined within a bigger picture that inspires AND feels attainable.
Most nonprofits are a decade or more behind in leveraging the digital age to accomplish their goals. I help organizations break out of the press release/action alert cycle to level up their advocacy and fundraising programs through high-impact, targeted, and strategic digital programming. This can include running your organization's first-ever digital ads program, building out a content strategy to reach targeted audiences organically on social media, or dramatically growing your email list.
I also specialize in leveraging digital strategies to acquire and retain donors. Giving online is increasing, and there are incredible, low-cost ways to reach donors digitally. I have built digital fundraising programs from $0-$150,000 in consistent annual support.
As a visibly Muslim woman, I know how hard leadership can be when you don't "fit the mold." I also know those who bring unique life experiences often have some of the most important things to contribute to our fields. I provide leadership support, including coaching, ghostwriting & speech writing, and thought-leadership branding for social impact entrepreneurs and leaders.

I bring this formal training to a deep understanding of the challenges and obstacles most small-to-midsize nonprofits encounter in their work.
