About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I support large and small nonprofits alike to build their capacity and foster resilience within their teams. Through team and skill building, I draw on the strengths of members to enhance their effectiveness. This is achieved through a combination of team, and individual sessions.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
With resiliency being paramount in the work I do as a social worker and my training as a recovery coach, I am committed to providing opportunities for all industries to foster resiliency to enhance their capacity to do the work they want to do more effectively. I think strong and collaborative leadership is a core piece of building that resiliency. I draw on my person centered social work training when I begin work with a team, therefore my work is tailored to what works best for you. I provide both virtual and in person services.
