About Me and My Work

What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I bring a decade of experience as an integral thought partner, strategist, and facilitator collaborating with nonprofit, philanthropic, and social impact organizations to catalyze new ways of understanding, ensure alignment, propel data-driven decision-making, and foster cultures of continuous learning to drive sustainable change and achieve optimal impact.

The consistent thread through my professional journey as both a dynamic management consultant and evaluation professional, has been my passion for strategically partnering with individuals, teams, and organizations to develop the tools, systems, and support networks needed to advance equity and catalyze systemic change through participatory program design, implementation, and assessment, strategic and operational planning, capacity building, use-focused evaluation, organizational learning, and narrative crafting around impact.

As a Los Angeles native and transplant to North Carolina in 2018, I currently serve as a bicoastal independent consultant bringing evaluative thinking to the strategic inquiry process to organizations across North Carolina, California, and beyond.

I've had the privilege of serving organizations across the areas of early childhood education, youth & family services, public education & policy, college access, leadership development & civic engagement, environmental advocacy, arts & culture, as well as racially equitable grantmaking.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
I'm a Latinx third generation immigrant, first-generation college graduate, and a lifelong people builder, connector, and organizer.

My career began in the nonprofit sector and over the course of a decade, I've served as both an internal and external evaluator, board member, active volunteer, and trusted management consultant.

To my work on both coasts, I consistently bring a love for and genuine interest in people, a collaborative spirit rooted in participatory processes, an agile and wide-ranging skill set, a commitment to excellence, and a knack for meaning-making in the midst of often complex, fluid environments.
