About Me and My Work

What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
We care about well paced, strategic, and organic growth for long lasting impact to empower non-profits to thrive.

Triple Creeks was first founded by Sera, a strategic planning consultant specializing in non-profit development.

We work with our clients to:

1) Understand and deconstruct the systemic weaknesses of the philanthropic sector.
2) Provide the tools to build a non-profit structure that can bountifully serve both their communities and their team.
3) Build informed organizations and leaders that can withstand the harsh and unpredictable climate of our times.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
We help nonprofits to work strategically to tackle the common barriers they face. We work entirely remotely and across sectors; we can help you from anywhere!

As your strategic planning consultants (and beyond!) empower non-profits to tackle these things in their work. In fact, we’ve helped a lot of nonprofits address these systemic issues within their organizations with proper non-profit development techniques and a solid non-profit structure. As a result, the organizations we help build boast:
1)
A diverse, well-rounded and committed audience, board and staff.
2) Well-rounded funding sources that prevent them from relying so heavily on the philanthropic sector.
3) Serving their intended communities bountifully from a place of being well-resourced themselves.
