About Me and My Work

What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I work with organizations who need data to ground their work. Whether it be in response to reporting requirements, or in a moment of reexamining the work you do and how it creates impact; I work with your team to build an evaluation plan and implement the plan so that you can have both qualitative and quantitative data to tell your story. I build data infrastructure so your organization can continue to collect and share information about your programs in an efficient and sustainable way. And when it comes time for big conversations about where you're organization is going and how you're going to get there, I'm available to support you through Strategic Planning workshops.

What fuels my work is the desire to fully understand the comprehensive change your work is having in a community. I aspire to move beyond the first layer of impact, and more deeply understand how individuals, organizations, and communities are experiencing the work you're doing. I have a strong skillset in mixed-method evaluation, and I will bring my expertise in matching quantitative data with qualitative data, such as story telling and community conversations, to provide a holistic picture of your work.
