Research support (surveys, interviews, focus groups), intentional hiring processes, and HR (especially equitable compensation, policies, and engagement/org assessments) for small social change groups
Why would someone choose to work with you?
Small organizations often most need support and have the least capacity or funds for it - I am familiar with what a difference any change makes in a small organization, and how important it is to see through this work with care and quality. I aim bring reliability, integrity, simplicity, balance, and heart to our work together.
