Why would someone choose to work with you?
I've been there. I have been the stressed-out, novice executive director trying to make an impact while running into obstacles such as the board expecting growth too fast, outdated technology, and operational processes that feel chaotic. It doesn't have to be this way!
I want to help decrease the stress of leadership and their staff so they can find their work fulfilling and not overwhelming to the point of burnout. My background in information technology and business process alongside my 15+ years as a social worker, including program manager and nonprofit leader, will help get an organization and its programs to a more impactful and efficient place!
