What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I support leaders and their teams as they move through Change and Growth. Working with individual leaders, in team development, and on organizational change, I enable people to feel more calm and confident in how they are managing change.

My approach is tailored to meet the needs of each situation. You won't get a cookie-cutter template from me, but you will benefit from my 30-year experience with nonprofits from a wide variety of sectors.
My work is guided by the change principles that I have laid out in the RCA Seasons of Growth framework, drawing on my award-winning work with organizations from more than 20 countries.
