About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I have helped Boards become strategic in their agenda setting and discussions. I've helped boards become more functional and productive.
I've helped non-profits dream their strategic plan and set it into motion. I'm a big believer that strategic plans shouldn't sit on a shelf to collect dust. It's a living breathing document and I can coach non-profits in how to put their plan into action after they've dreamt it.
Board members need a solid orientation. I can orient your Board on the basics of being a valuable contributor to the Board and a leader for the non-profit.
I can help with bylaw amendments, as well as policy development and amendments.

While there are basic tenants that are common from one non-profit to the next, I believe that each non-profit is unique. I won't put your organization in a bucket. We'll roll up our sleeves and dig down into what's special about your group. We'll take it from there.
