What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
Janetta Cravens, CoSpire, works with nonprofit boards of directors and CEOs who seek excellent governance and customized strategies in order to mobilize people to make progress on hard problems and create a more just world. We specialize in alternative models of governance for national and international nonprofits, strategic planning and action planning that align values with direction, CEO and Senior Leader support through coaching and leadership assessments, transitions, and annual reviews, and Board Chair and CEO partnership.

Janetta has experience in community organizing for anti-racism initiatives, advocacy for LGBTQIA+ rights, fundraising and development, and ecumenical and interfaith collaboration. She is a BoardSource certified trained consultant and a licensed consultant with the Standards for Excellence where she served two terms and is a member of their Diversity and Inclusion task force. She has also earned her Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Lilly School of Philanthropy.
