Trellis Partners provides time-bound executive capacity to nonprofits in transition—from start-up mode to rapid growth to infrastructure upgrades for next-level excellence. We embed Term Executives, full-time dedicated change leadership for up to 30 months to drive internal improvement efforts. We help nonprofits create conditions for resilience and max impact.

Term Executives serve in a COO or other leadership role, enabling the creation of sustainable, organization-wide systems and an intentional culture that are the foundation of a resilient organization. After usually between 6 - 18 months, we leave nonprofit enterprises stronger than when we joined them.
