Trellis Partners provides time-bound executive capacity to nonprofits in transition—from start-up mode to rapid growth to infrastructure upgrades for next-level excellence. Why would someone choose to work with you?
Term Executives are not like consultants who work on a short-term project and leave behind a set of recommendations. Instead, we engage as dedicated partners who both develop change objectives and work with you to effectively implement them. Term Executives serve in a COO or other leadership role, enabling the creation of sustainable, organization-wide systems and an intentional culture that are the foundation of a resilient organization. After usually between 6 - 18 months, we leave nonprofit enterprises stronger than when we joined them.
