What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
Platypus Advisors is on a mission to accelerate integrated impact within and across sectors. We work with changemakers to build a world where systems are sustainable, so that our planet and all communities can thrive.
We meet clients where they are on their impact journey, whether this is launching an entirely new program, or at an inflection point where there is a need for greater integration and alignment across existing areas of impact. Our work together might include:
Cross-sector Partnerships: strategic partnerships, fundraising, pro bono/skill-based volunteering programs
Leadership and Board Development: board development, leadership development, executive transitions, executive coaching, meeting / retreat facilitation
Program Management and Evaluation: organizational assessments and development
