About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
We work with clients on leadership transitions, from planning a founder succession to recruiting a new senior executive. I also consult with boards on trainings and retreats, policy development, and new recruitment strategies.

Prior to consulting I spent close to a decade as a grantmaker, connecting with hundreds of local nonprofits. As a result, I know what good leadership looks like - from the staff all the way up to the board. I use these experiences to help my clients understand what's possible, what's in reach, and what work is necessary for them to reach their goals.
I hold a certification in board consulting from BoardSource and am part of a national community of practice for executive transition consultants.
