We design tools, templates, and communications timelines to help leaders ensure awareness, engagement, and accountability among team members and volunteers.
Our Strategic Advisor Subscription service provides nonprofit leaders with the trusted strategic advisor support on an ongoing basis to help keep the organization's strategic imperatives on the front burner and address the culture and operational changes needed to fully activate and accomplish the aims of the organization's strategy.
We also support organizations with expert meeting design and facilitation for strategy conversations, cross-functional meetings, and design and activation sessions.
For organizations needing just a quick conversation on a key topic or question, we offer an Idea Hour service that enables a leader to pick the brain of an expert strategy advisor for an hour.
