About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I partner with nonprofits on strategic planning, development audits, development plans, major gift fundraising coaching, training and plans, Board Governance training, and retreat facilitation.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
I am a passionate and experienced fundraiser having raised more than $25M in Silicon Valley for many years. I like challenges and enjoy helping organizations improve their development operations so they align with their strategic goals. I do believe that FUNdraising can be FUN. I have trained many volunteer fundraisers, and worked with many boards. My approach is to be honest and straightforward, while providing the tools and best practices to get the job done. I am a certified fundraising professional (CFRE) since 2008. I'm also an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Silicon Valley Chapter, a former chapter president, and a 2016 Outstanding Fundraising Professional honoree. In my spare time I enjoy museums, art-making, traveling, pokemon-go and bird-watching!
