About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
Grief is a natural reaction to any kind of loss - whether through death, the ending of relationship, retirement or job loss, or other forms of loss.
As a grief coach, I provide grief support to anyone grieving a loss of any kind.
I also coach friends, family, and managers who want to support someone close to them who is grieving.
I also provide education for nonprofit organizations who want to be increase their grief-literacy and responsiveness to staff and community members who may be grieving.
As a leadership coach, I coach mission-driven clients seeking change to enhance their leadership skills, manage complex dynamics at work, and improve their work-life balance. I also support clients who want to make a career or life transition. I have coached clients working in a wide variety of settings and roles including in: the nonprofit sector, higher education, healthcare, government, professional services firms, consulting, computer software, technology, and accounting.
I provide training on trauma-informed practices and facilitation skills for organizations. I offer curriculum and program development services; customized training design and implementation; and meeting and retreat facilitation.

As a facilitator, I bring 20 years of experience designing and delivering participatory workshops and trainings. My work is grounded in trauma-informed practices, and I strive to create intentionally designed learning spaces where learners can take risks, make mistakes, share feelings, get feedback, and continue to grow.
I work remotely so location is not an issue.
