About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I work with small and medium-sized organizations that are poised to grow and that need some perspective on ways to do that. I specialize in planning, including strategic plans, development plans, work plans, case statements, stakeholder surveys, grant proposals and reports, financial modeling and budgeting.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
What my clients appreciate is that I listen, synthesize, and offer alternatives. My mentor, Jude Kaye, helped me discover the joy in helping clients discover who they are, who they serve, and how to lead their teams in the direction they choose in order to fulfill their missions. I work quickly and efficiently, sensitive to the budget pressures of small organizations. I help my clients utilize volunteers and improve their systems.
