About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I coach 16-22 year olds. individually and in group settings, to help attain positive and health pathways into adulthood with a focus on becoming healthy global citizens. Additionally, I coach college students to aid in their healthy and successful matriculation.
I have developed and facilitated numerous professional development in-service workshops and trainings in the areas of leadership, communication, conflict management, stress and anger management, client engagement, and mental wellness programming for Head Start, public and private school educators, and government employees and those involved in the justice system.
I am a certified Master Trainer of various proprietary curricula and have developed my own unique curricula, which was supported by a major university for CEU's, In these instructional capacities, I have successfully certified client-facing to executive-level employees.
My company has supported members of the Military family who were in the process of transitioning back to civilian life, guiding them through their benefit options, and facilitating goal-setting strategies, as train-the-trainers and providing client-facing advisors. This was done both in the States and Europe.
My team has credentials and certifications in numerous health care software applications to support patient-aligned care. From software implementation, hardware installation to Go-Live events. Nuance Powerscribe, Epic Radiant & Cupid, Mckesson certified EMR Pharmacy, POS Solutions, Pharmaserv, Enterprise RX, Mammo coding, and VPN protocols, to name a few.
I am a motivational speaker, conference facilitator, and source of encouragement to assist others in living life fully within their professions and in their personal life.
