What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
We commonly work with nonprofits on strategic planning, including refining mission and vision statements, establishing values-aligned goals, and devising implementation strategies that flow naturally from a clear organizational “true north.” In many cases, we facilitate board governance initiatives to define roles, improve oversight, and ensure that decision-making processes align with principles of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct. Drawing on our True North Leadership Model, we also offer organizational assessments to pinpoint strengths and areas for improvement. These assessments often prompt discussions on culture-building, capacity enhancement, and the need for robust leadership pipelines.
Another critical area involves one-on-one or group coaching engagements—through either our SOUL Coaching approach, which focuses on emotional intelligence and building restorative workplace cultures, or our MISSION Coaching model, which equips leaders to drive strategic outcomes while staying faithful to core values.
