About Me and My Work

What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
Help nonprofits take their organization to the next level. This could be developing a strategic plan, evaluating programs, working on board development and alignment, conducting market and/or consumer research, identifying and creating an organization culture. We facilitate meetings with interactive anonymous audience response polling software. We can develop surveys, logic models, new programs, strategic plans, business plans, case for support and so much more.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
Our unique approach blends analytical research capabilities, group process techniques, best practices and planning tools with energy, enthusiasm and total dedication to each client's success.

Other Differentiators of our firm include:
• Licensed and approved trainers, consultants, and peer reviewers for the national and PA Standards for Excellence® An Ethics and Accountability Code for the Nonprofit Sector (our President Debra Thompson serves on the National Standards Ethics Committee)
• Creative problem solvers with ability to “connect the dots” across disciplines, silos, and processes
• Understand and can facilitate relationship building and connections between education, economic, workforce and community development, transportation, public health, acute and post-acute health care, welfare, and social/ community services, as well as elected officials
• Ability to bridge “language barriers” across sectors (i.e., we all want the same things but speak a different language) within large, complex corporations, organizations, community groups, and across sectors
• Existing relationships and connections in most counties throughout Pennsylvania (particularly within the workforce system)
