What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
Specializing in comprehensive campaigns and strategic engagement to help nonprofits maximize their revenue potential through digital channels.
Projects include:
•••> Growing the donor file and raising more revenue by developing robust campaigns that focus on acquisition, engagement, conversion, and stewardship .
•••> Optimizing the user journey by evaluating existing fundraising initiatives to identify areas of opportunity including A/B testing and automations.
•••> Creating comprehensive annual development plans or integrated campaigns that includes online and offline elements.
•••> Strengthening the development office by evaluating internal resources and structure to establish a digital fundraising discipline.
•••> Offering workshops, webinars, and training on digital engagement, acquisition and retention strategies, audience segmentation, project plans built on the growth funnel, strategic campaign planning and budget preparation, ambassador programs, and establishing partnerships for maximum success.

Why would someone choose to work with you?
I've been in the nonprofit field for over 20 years working in and with organizations building successful campaigns, strategies, budgets, and systems. Though my creative approaches and groundbreaking work, I've helped raise tens of millions of dollars in revenue while growing donor files exponentially. I am passionate about helping nonprofits succeed.
Additionally, I'm a published author, national speaker, board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, DC Chapter, and a Certified Fundraising Executive through CFRE International.
My book, "The Insider's Guide to Online Fundraising: Finding Success When Surrounded by Skeptics," was published in January 2020. I write about current topics and trends at charityjen.com.
