  • Why would someone choose to work with you?
  • I am unique in the nonprofit sector in that I am like Sy Sperling from the old Hair Club for Men. I not only provide legal representation to 501c3 nonprofits but I also have run one myself. I have the unique perspective of how a nonprofit actually operates from human resources, fundraising, board development, financial compliance and reporting from a practitioner standpoint, but I'm also an attorney with almost fifteen years of experience representing nonprofit clients.
