About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I partner with nonprofits on facilitating strategic planning processes using my 7 step process, The Strategy Tango. I also offer executive and group coaching to help leaders and teams take 100% responsibility, practice candor, and reduce drama by practicing the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
I help leaders and teams align strategy and minimize drama. Clients who work with me also learn to be more aware of reactive patterns that show up in their organizational culture. I love to work with purpose and mission-driven teams who mobilize their creative talents in service of others and the planet. I have an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and an undergraduate degree from Princeton University. I am currently pursuing a coaching certification on The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership with the Conscious Leadership Group.
