About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I provide services across three primary business functions -- organizational development, capacity planning, and human resources. My human resources services include full cycle recruitment, HR policy assessment development, benefits management, staff engagement strategy, performance management, training programs for ongoing learning, and management coaching.

I'm know for making data-driven decisions, finding efficiencies to save time and money, enhancing organizational performance, and being strategic while also focusing on the details. I'm able to work across roles - leader, team member, collaborator. I have an aptitude for analysis and implementation and although I can thrive in just about any environment, I believe I’m at my best when my dog is near my desk.
