PROJECT SCOPE:
• Capacity Building: board development, program management and evaluation, strategic planning, training, optimization for fundraising, Web3 integration, change management, policy, and procedure development.
• Human Resource and Recruitment Support: employee handbook, policy, procedure, staffing plans development and implementation, including applicant identification, screening, interviewing, hiring due diligence and onboarding
• Communications and Community Outreach: provide and build out initiatives, programs, and systems ensuring culturally competent and appropriate community engagement via content development, copyediting, and translation
• Coach, mentor and provide career services to nonprofit leaders, recent graduates and corporate professionals transitioning into and from the nonprofit sector
