Tanya Varanelli partners with nonprofit and social impact leaders providing contract project management and operational support.
Most recently, Tanya served as Director of Operations and Talent Recruitment at Next Stage, a Charlotte-based consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation for nonprofits and corporate clients. Tanya spent several years working for Koya Leadership Partners, a national executive search firm serving nonprofits, where she served as Director of Research and Special Projects. Tanya’s previous recruiting experience includes work with The Broad Center, DIRECTV, and Bain & Company.
Tanya is a member of Women’s Impact Fund serving on the finance committee and volunteers as a cookie mom for the Girl Scouts, Hornets’ Nest Council. She also supports organizations and causes focused on helping families, women and girls advocacy, sustainability, and equity. Tanya holds a B.A. in Human Development/Organizational Studies and Human Resources Management from Boston College. She lives in Huntersville, NC with her husband, daughter, and dog named George the Turtle.
