My passion is helping people improve their leadership skills, helping nonprofits grow, and educating leaders about the benefits of advocacy. I've spent over 20 years in the nonprofit industry, gaining experiences in areas such as operations, board development, and public speaking. As a former elected official in Nevada, I enjoy teaching others how to advocate for critical issues.
