Why would someone choose to work with you?
In our mission to help clients reach their objectives while pouring into the soul of the organization, their people, we bring everything to the table. We are committed to both tradition and compassion by fusing evidence-based methods with social well-being.

Founded by Dr. Niama T. Malachi, LCBB, CMS, an organizational and community psychologist in 2019, solely to provide process improvement, strategic planning, and change management services to corporate entities, The Social Consult evolved in 2020 when Dr. Malachi saw it urgent to bridge her consulting psychology background with her relentless, lifelong pursuit to resolve social issues. Soon after, Executive Coaching, Corporate Wellness, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging were added to the Social Consult's line of services.

The Social Consult is uniquely different in that, not only do we see things from a person-centered lens, but we also see things from an organizational-centered lens. Our combined experiences in the field of applied clinical psychology, business, and the social sectors have enabled us to reimagine success as humane. Combined we have over 15 years of experience working with not-for-profits, government, and fortune 500 entities.

As a certified woman-owned (WBENC)/minority-owned (NMSDC) small business, we approach all aspects of our work from a DEI lens. Our core value of social responsibility amplifies our commitment to assuring that we live in a socially just world. Our organization is the recipient of the Black Women Lead organizational grant by My Block My Hood My City for our efforts in advancing social justice practices in business.
