What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I want to help you to nurture, capture and pursue great ideas. I'm not here to tell you what to do, I want to help you build on your culture and collective creativity to generate more and better ideas. Your team and stakeholders are ingenious and knowledgeable.
To help you create a culture of psychological safety and collaboration, I use the Working Genius assessment and framework. To help you understand complex strategies and systems and generate ideas from your team, clients and stakeholders I use LEGO Serious Play. To help you innovate faster and with less risk, I facilitate short intensive design sprints. I can also help you to improve your user interface and user experience (UI/UX)
