About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
Much of my work falls under the umbrella of development strategy and execution. I often partner with organizations to provide tailored development plans, grant writing services, and prospect research. Oftentimes, an extension of my services includes interim development director placement and executive fundraising support.
I also work with clients to support their company's strategic operations. This includes designing values-based performance evaluations and building out their strategic case for support.
I love conducting workshops and trainings for development staff to make them more impactful and resilient as they shoulder the challenging work of being financially responsible for an organization.
Our boutique shop means that we can be as high-level, or in-the-weeds as our clients would like.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
Our team comprises youth mentors, life-long educators, board members, community organizers, and volunteer youth sports coaches. We also are passionate career fundraisers.
Working with our organization means you have a team of culturally competent professionals who are accustomed to rolling up their sleeves alongside you. Our backgrounds mean that we understand the systemic and root causes of inequity. Our fundraising experiences mean we know what it takes to unlock resources and contribute to your cause on day one.
