Mission Met uses simple processes to develop your strategic plan and helps build the culture within organizations to refine, implement, and track progress on that plan. Our process is a simple cycle that can be repeated and adjusted over time to best meet your needs.
Mission Met was co-founded by Eric Ryan, a 25-year nonprofit strategic planning consultant. During his career, he has started one nonprofit, been an executive director, and served on several boards as both treasurer and board chair. Eric has consulted with hundreds of nonprofits, corporations, and government entities. All of Mission Met’s services and products have been informed by Eric’s expertise in developing and executing strategic plans which will help your organization create a greater impact in your community.
