I have helped with board development that included implementation of board member selection to find and match qualified individuals with the organization.
I have facilitated and worked with Executive Directors on Strategic Planning for up to 5 years. This may include but not limited to training and coaching of employees, developing bylaws, developing policies and procedures, and assisting with running effective meetings, and submitting documents to obtain 501C3 status.
